Cleveland BikeSafe includes: (1) eLearning, (2) Theory class, (3) Observed Ride, (4) Feedback, and (5) Next steps. Attendees must hold a full motorcycle licence (cat 'A' or 'A2'), insurance, tax and MOT. Those holding just a CBT are not permitted to attend. Motorcycles must be safe, mechanically sound, fully road legal, and able to reach/maintain national speed limits. BikeSafe is intended for motorcyclists who have had no advanced input (incl.
