	SS 1:1 Lengths
This lesson is suitable for children who can confidently swim a minimum 100m.

	SS Goldfish 1/2
Suitable for: Children who are able to swim 10m unaided on their front and back. Class aims/description: To continue to work on/developing aquatic skills. Emphasis on learning/fine tuning both front crawl and backstroke technique. The introduction of breaststroke is also brought in at this stage. Class information: We have a 1:4 ratio of teacher to child in this class with a maximum of 8 children in each class. Classes are taught out of depth.
	SS Goldfish 3
Suitable for: Children who are able to swim 20m unaided on their front and back with their arms clearing the water. Swimmers should also be able to fully submerge underwater in a controlled way have a basic understanding of sculling/treading water. Class aims/description: To continue to work on/developing aquatic skills. Emphasis is on continuing to fine tune front crawl and backstroke as well as working on breaststroke technique. Class information: A maximum of 8 children in each class. Classes are swam over lengths (20m), with the teacher out of the water. ?
	SS Octopus 1
Suitable for: Children age 5+ who are new to swimming, lack confidence, or use full floatation aids. Class aims/description: To build water confidence and introduce basic swimming skills through friendly and fun-based lessons. Class information: Flotation aids i.e. armbands/floaty jackets are required to be worn during these lessons. ?We have a 1:3 ratio of teacher to child in this class with a maximum of 8 children in each class. Classes are taught out of depth. Parents are not required to enter the water in these lessons.
	SS Octopus 2/3
Suitable for: Children age 5+ who are confident in the water and are able to swim with reduced floatation aids. Class aims/description: To continue to build water confidence and work on swimming skills with reduced flotation eventually leading to swimming without any assistance. Class information: Flotation aids i.e. armbands/floaty jackets are required to be worn during these lessons. ?We have a 1:4 ratio of teacher to child in this class with a maximum of 8 children in each class. Classes are taught out of depth. ? Parents are not required to enter the water in these lessons.
	SS Shark 1/2
Suitable for: Children who can swim 100m continuously on their front crawl, backstroke and breaststroke with good technique. Class information: Maximum of 8 children in a class.
	SS Shark 3
Suitable for: Children who can swim 200m continuously on their front crawl, backstroke and breaststroke with good technique. Have a basic understanding of butterfly Class information: Maximum of 8 children in a class.
	SS Stanley Seals 1/2
Stanley Seals 1/2 is suitable for: Children age 3-5 who are new to swimming, lack confidence or use full floatation aids. Class aims/description: To build water confidence and introduce basic swimming skills through friendly and fun-based lessons. Class information: Flotation aids i.e. armbands/floaty jackets are required to be worn during these lessons. 	SS Stanley Seals 3/4
Stanley Seals 3/4 is suitable for: Children age 3-5 who have previously had swimming lessons and confident in the water Class aims/description: To continue to build water confidence and develop swimming skills through friendly and fun-based lessons. Class information: Flotation aids i.e. armbands/floaty jackets are required to be worn during these lessons. We have a 1:4 ratio of teacher to child in this class with a maximum of 8 children in each class. Classes are taught out of depth.
