Contacts and companies Keep track of every little detail of your own customers and companies you do business with. You can fully customise the input screens and add your own fields that are particular to your business.

Diaries Manage diaries for your events, courses, staff and resources . Give access to others or restrict access to certain diaries and events.

Finance No need for a separate accounts package. You can keep track of how much customers owe you, what they've paid, raise invoices and generate end of year reports for your accountant.

SMS texts 'In-Contact' CRM contains built in SMS text messaging so you can easily send messages to your customers, staff, or any mobile phone.

Staff you can organise your staff so that everyone knows what everyone is doing. Book staff onto courses, record their holiday, sick time and days off and use the staff planner to see at a glance what everyone is doing.

Email All correspondence can be emailed directly from within 'In-Contact', there is no need for a separate email program. A copy of everything that is sent is kept, so you can always see exactly what emails have been sent to each of your contacts or companies.

Reports Built in reporting gives you up to date summaries on your finances, bookings and customers. You can use the built in scheduler to have the reports sent to you or someone else on a regular basis.
